Terms of Service

* By commissioning me, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services Offered

I provide video editing services, including but not limited to:* Short-form content (TikToks, YouTube Shorts, Reels)
* VOD Scrubbing
* Subtitles, sound effects,BGM, etc.

2. Pricing & Payment

* I accept Payments via Paypal
* Payments are all upfront, at once and non-refundable

3. Deadlines & Delivery

* Standard deadline time is typically 4–7 days depending on project complexity, and on my schedule
* Rush orders have an additional fee of 2x or 1.5x depending on how fast you want the video
* Delays caused by late responses or missing materials from the client may extend the delivery timeline.
* I am not responsible for missed deadlines due to client-side delays.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing:* All necessary footage and audio
* Clear instructions or references (if applicable)
* Accurate timestamps or highlights (if required)I am not responsible for issues caused by poor quality source material.

5. Content Restrictions

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission.

6. Usage Rights & Credit

* The client is granted rights to use the final video for personal and commercial purposes.
* Credit is very much appreciated :3
* I reserve the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio, including uploading them to my social media.
